Our technicians will stringently adhere to the governments current advice and have acquired Covid Safety at Work certificates. All PPE (masks, gloves, sanitation) will be used through out the duration of the job. We ask that social distancing is implemented. We are using the COVID safe app as advised by the government.

If you are in isolation, you are unwell or have any symptoms, you must inform our team prior to us visiting site.

Ready Mcgetty is fully licensed plumbing and gas business. We have relevant insurances to suit domestic and commercial work.

Domestic 

Maintenance Plumbing
Blockages and repair works, drainage, water services, leaks in the ground, water hammer, water filters, new installs, swap overs, hot water units (all makes and models), reticulation cut-ins and roof and gutter repairs—plenty more to add! Just give us a call and ask.

Renovations
All sizes all budgets! We have an extensive knowledge in both existing houses and new builds allowing us to complete your large or small renovation on point, on  budget and on time. Even if you’re just considering it and you’re wondering how much it will cost, give us a call. 

Insurance Work
Accidents happen, can take a long time to get resolved and are a huge inconvenience. We can provide an in depth investigation, report and quote the repairs, while liaising with the insurance company to get the issue rectified and your house back in operation.  

Stormwater
We can design an effective stormwater catchment system, dig in sumps and soakwells.

Light Commercial 

We provide flexible and cost effective plumbing designs to suit your project, no matter how big or small your budget.

Gasfitting and Repairs

• Fully licensed install and repairs 
• All gas heaters and appliance servicing available
• Re-running of gas mains  
• Installation of new gas meters (multi dwelling and single) 
• Notice of defects rectification 
• Gas supply cap off 
• Gas hot water units servicing and inspecting 
• Internal and external gas bayonet installations and adequate vent cut in.

Routine

Backflow Device Valve Testing
Valves that require annual testing with the Water Corp (such RPZD and DCV) can all be put on an annual test cycle. We can arrange a set date in which we annually carry out works required for maintaining values to the standard required by Water Corp.

Drain Cleaning
Some properties require routine pressure cleans of their drains to prevent grease blockages or roots from impacting the functionality of their drains. 

Water Filters (Commercial and Domestic)
Once a filter is installed we can set memo to replace expired cartridges. We will contact you with a reminder, ensuring filtered water supply is kept in top shape.

Routine Gutter Cleaning
All gutters, commercial and residential, have to be routinely cleaned and maintained.  We can set a memo and provide a cost effective solution to prevent your gutters and downpipes from blocking up.

New Housing

We provide a plumbing solution from start to finish of any new build. All aspects including *drainage *pre-lay *water service *sanitary *final fit off *storm water systems *rain water catchment systems

Sustainable Plumbing

At Ready Mcgetty we are passionate about innovative sustainable plumbing products that have a positive impact on the environment. We will give you advice and accurate information regarding how effective these systems can be for you and the planet. Every year new technology becomes available which enables greener plumbing options to become more accessible across a wider range of properties, both commercial and domestic.

We can also assist clients in gaining a 5 star plumbing efficiency outcome.

We operate between 7:00am- 4:00pm, Monday to Friday. If you would like to contact us outside these hours please email [email protected].

We currently do not offer after hours services.

The warranty period for workmanship for all of our services is six years, from date of install.

The warranty period on materials and parts supplied by us is as per manufacturers specifications. All warranty cards and information will be handed to owner on completion of work.

The warranty period on materials and parts supplied by owner is the owners responsibility.

At Ready Mcgetty our schedule of fees consist of a minimum first hour fee and following that, a reduced rate charged in 15 minute increments. A travel fee may be included. All materials and disposables that are required for the job will be itemised for invoice transparency. This is the schedule we also incorporate into our quotes.

Periodic maintenance, such as filter replacements or any routine maintenance plumbing, will come at a reduced first hour fee.

We are based in Gracetown. We service the south west from Bunbury to Augusta.

Hello to all our valued clients in Perth and the surrounding metropolitan areas. We have embarked on an exciting and new chapter of growth. Unfortunately, this requires the business to relocate to the southwest. Thank you for your custom during the past five years of rapid growth. During that time, ReadyMcgetty has endeavoured to provide quality and value-for-money in a wide range of plumbing services, from renovations to maintenance and emergencies, both residential and commercial.

We will still have a presence in Perth on other business endeavours in the near future, however, our focus on a commitment to quality has necessitated the need to alter the business model at this present time.
